Our mission

MindClon’s mission is to make expert judgment legible, accountable, and deployable.

We are not building AI that generates answers. We are building infrastructure that captures how experts actually decide — under uncertainty, under time pressure, and under conditions of incomplete information — and structures that process so it can be governed, trusted, and reproduced at scale.

We believe that intelligence without accountability is not deployable. That is the problem we are solving.

Retrospective reasoning capture.

Extracts and structures how experts have reasoned across professional and institutional settings, turning prior decisions into a reusable expert reasoning corpus.

Argus

Perceptual judgment capture.

Captures judgment where visual, sensory, or pattern-based inference is central to expertise, turning perception into structured evidence.

Affecta

Contextual judgment modelling.

Models the physiological, emotional, and behavioural conditions under which decisions are made, because judgment is never context-free.

Together, these streams feed a unified decision-state model governed by an epistemic–pragmatic switch — the mechanism that determines when more evidence is needed and when action should be taken.

Who we are

MindClon was founded by a neurologist and cognitive scientist who spent years watching excellent clinical judgment go undocumented, unlearned from, and unreproducible. We are a team of researchers, engineers, and domain specialists brought together by a shared conviction: that the most important thing AI can do in high-stakes environments is not replace human judgment, but make it legible enough to be trusted.

The Team

Govind Chavada

Govind is a neurologist, cognitive neuroscientist, and the founder of MindClon. He works at the frontier of decision-making, neuroscience, cognitive science, and artificial intelligence, building infrastructure that makes high-stakes judgment traceable, defensible, and institutionally owned. His work is shaped by a distinctive view of the brain as a biological “chemical computer,” which underpins MindClon’s approach to cognition, judgment, and machine intelligence. As CEO of MindClon Inc., he is leading the development of the Info 3.0 standard: the governance spines, execution boundaries, and judgment infrastructure needed for autonomous systems to operate safely and accountably in human environments where the stakes are real.

ElKhalil Binebine

ElKhalil is Co-Founder of MindClon and brings experience spanning medicine, venture capital, and global investments. A Sorbonne-trained physician, he has held senior roles across finance and healthcare, including as Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Vickers Venture Partners. At MindClon, he helps guide strategic direction, capital formation, and international partnerships. An elite long-distance triathlete with more than 25 Ironman completions, he brings the endurance, discipline, and long-range thinking required to build enduring institutions.
