MindClon was founded by a neurologist and cognitive scientist who spent years watching excellent clinical judgment go undocumented, unlearned from, and unreproducible. We are a team of researchers, engineers, and domain specialists brought together by a shared conviction: that the most important thing AI can do in high-stakes environments is not replace human judgment, but make it legible enough to be trusted.

Govind Chavada

Founder & CEO

Govind Chavada is a neurologist, cognitive neuroscientist, and founder of MindClon. His work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, cognition, artificial intelligence, and high-stakes decision-making.

He developed the concept of the brain as a biological chemical computer, forming the scientific foundation for MindClon’s computational judgment architecture.

As CEO, he leads the development of the Information 3.0 standard—building the governance infrastructure, execution boundaries, and computational judgment systems required for autonomous AI to operate safely, transparently, and accountably in environments where decisions have real-world consequences.

Elkhalil M. Binebine

Chairman & Co-Founder

ElKhalil Binebine is Co-Founder of MindClon and brings experience spanning medicine, venture capital, and global investment.

A Sorbonne-trained physician, he has held senior leadership roles across healthcare and finance, including as Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Vickers Venture Partners.

At MindClon, he leads strategic partnerships, capital formation, and long-term institutional growth. His experience as an elite endurance athlete, with more than twenty-five Ironman completions, reflects the discipline and long-range thinking required to build enduring institutions.
